Trivet in scandinavian design from Born in Sweden

Cork is an amazing material! Insulating, heat resistant, and besides that, it does not burn.
All of our cork items are produced at a small family factory in Portugal with great care for the environment and their heritage.
The cork trees are cared for with great love and the bark is harvested approximately every 9 years, which makes it a very slow way of farming. We use RECYCLED cork which saves the planet's resources so that we can use this wonderful material with good climate conscience!
