All goods are packed and sent from our warehouse in Sweden. Delivery time is normally 3-10 business days depending on the destination. During high season the handeling time is sometimes a bit longer than usual. (High season times; before christmas, black friday and easter)
Orders are usually shipped with DHL or UPS. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve an email with a tracking number to your package. If your package is damaged when you recieve it, please report this to the carrier immediately. Save all packaging and take photos of the package.
Born in Sweden is not responsible for any delays depending on the freight company or a third party.
FREIGHT COSTS:
Freight costs depend on the transport's final destination and it will subsequently vary. Please make sure that you accept the costs at the Checkout stage. Orders outside of the EU may be subject to additional VAT, import customs and other taxes that apply when you collect your package in your home country. Born in Sweden is not responsible for VAT, import tariffs and other taxes regarding orders from outside the EU and we cannot predict what additional fees will be added to your order. If your order is subject to any additional fees, kindly pay them in order to get the goods declared by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
According to EU- legislation, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of the delivery. In this case you will send an email to our customersupport at support@borninsweden.se and advise your reason for the return. You will arrange with a return shipping yourself and once the goods has arrived at our warehouse we will refund your money. All returns should be properly packed prefferably in its original packing and arrive to us in an unused and undamaged condition.
We use Klarna for safe and trustworthy payment. After their regular risk calculation Klarna will show which payment options is available to you. The payment option you choose is handeled by Klarna, while the purchase is managed by Born in Swedens webshop directly.
Your personal information is handled safely according to and in agreement with GDPR.
If you have ordered and not picked up your goods so that it is sent back to us, you will be subject to a fee of 35 EUR /USD which will be deducted from the credit card used at the payment.
Any legal disputes between Born in Sweden and its customers will be governed by swedish law. Born in Sweden follows the recommendations of the swedish consumer authority.
